Under his leadership, the ministry has grown into a place dedicated to spiritual transformation, purpose discovery, and community impact. Bishop Reddick serves as the Presiding Prelate of BreakFree Christian Worship Covenant, Inc., a fellowship of churches and leaders he founded in 2019 to cultivate leadership, strengthen ministries, and expand the reach of the Gospel. Continuing his passion for equipping leaders, he founded the BreakFree College of Theology in 2022, an institution dedicated to providing sound biblical education and practical ministry training.

Dr. Reddick holds a Doctorate in Biblical Studies and is the author of the inspirational devotional «21 Days to Provoke Purpose," a powerful guide designed to help individuals discover clarity, awaken their calling, and pursue the purpose God has placed on their lives.
Known for his powerful, practical, and purpose-driven preaching, Bishop Reddick challenges believers to break free from limitations and boldly walk in their God-given assignment.
